I’m not usually one for using a shock collar until I adopted an extremely hyper boxer last year. She is very hard to train and does not listen so I figured I would try a shock collar. I put the setting on very low (18) and it works perfectly. It doesn’t hurt her but it does get her attention which is what I was looking for. I had a problem with her eating my other dogs fecal matter and thos stopped her so far. Now she is afraid to eat it. I would not recommend putting the setting any higher…

I received this product last Tuesday, charged it and started using it on Wed., it worked immediately! I only need to use the sound feature most of the time. I purchased it for my Golden Retriever, she jumps up on people and barks a lot!. She also just stands there and looks at me when I call her to come in, I don’t want treats to be her constant motivation, I just want her to listen to commands and do tricks for treats.
